I have several listings that are active all using the hidden counter.
Three listings show activity and one shows N/A.
I don't understand why one doesn't work. I used the same template.

Any chance you selected No Counter by accident on the Auctiva one-page lister for that one auction? Checking the Saved Listing should give a quick answer.
If not, I'd enter a Support Case with Auctiva, so they can investigate why the Counter failed to add at submission for that one.

I have the same problem. I have 44 listings and 19 of them don't have counter. Well the counter shows on the listing however it doesn't show when I check my listings. Every thing is set through my profiles but no one can say why this happens. I fixed it by using andale counters. At least I can trust theirs.

Just go to vendio.com (used to be Andale) and sign up for free counters. I've always used them too. You can even set them to automatically attatch to future listings. Lots of different styles too.
