Does anyone know if the counters will ever be right? I have items with 20 - 30 hits showing on items, but don't show any hits on the counter page.

Are you using the free counters or the subscription Sellathon counters? You receive a free 30 day trial of Sellathon counters with your subscription to Auctiva.

And do you mean the counter at the listing itself or the "hits" column on the Active Listings page? I bet you mean the latter, in which case, you'll probably never see it completely accurate because it updates every couple of hours.
Every few hours is one thing but some of the items were on for 7 days with hits and are now closed. Never even showed up.

Did these listings have the Sellathon counter provided by Auctiva? If they contained another counter, like the Andale counter provided by eBay, the counter hits should not show up on your active listings page.

worth noting, andale has decided to no longer provide free counters to ebay sellers. ebay is planning on providing their own counters as a result.
Which, I have yet to have an andale counter in a listing and have it reflect correct numbers, and i doubt ebay will do much better at it. (those that have been on ebay for awhile have seen plenty examples of poor math skills on ebay's part) heck, even had one andale counter in a listing that one day went from 10 views to 80-some views and then the next day showed 20-some views.
