Just did my first listing since the 30 day trial expired on Sellathon. I have Sellathon selected for counter, but it's not keeping up with the hits. It shows 1 hit when I've had 6. Is there something I need to do here? Thanks.

Listing maintenance is done every 4-6 hours to update the information in Auctiva like bid count, counter hits, and price so that may explain the inaccuracy.
You should still be able to view the hit count by viewing the item and reading it directly for the counter.

Thank you for offering a image hosting website. I am thankful for saving every penny I can.I just started using this site last week. Unfortunately I have come across many hurdles, the most recent ones are: I too am finding that my counters are not working properly. Also my current bid prices are not appearing correctly with this program either. I have had a bid on an item since this am, and it is still showing as no bids? I also had a problem earlier today that the program would not let me make changes to an item I was making up a listing for. The program was determined that the starting price was 9.99 and not 45.99 as I wanted. I had to start a new listing. Another thing ... my new listings are not showing any starting price in my active listing screen just a -- . I don't know if this is one of the changes made or if there is a problem with my active listing screen.

I'm not sure what you mean by the program determining the starting price of your auction...for that one, you may want to file a support case by clicking the appropriate link on our help page so our support staff can look into your particular case.
