Counters not showing up

About 1/3 of the listings I posted tonight that were supposed to have Sellathon Counter attached are showing up with one. It is totally random which one do and which ones don't. Anyone else noticing this.

LAst time it happened Auctiva told me to contact Sellathon, an Auctiva owned company, and Sellathon told me to contact Auctiva as it was acode problem.

Hi!
I just looked at most of your listings posted last night and they all appear to have the sellathon counter. Sometimes it can take a few hours for the counters to show up on new listings. If you see a listing that is missing the counter, you can post the item number here and we can look into that a little more and see what's happening. Thanks!

I have done everything per Auctiva's instructions. I have created all my work from scratch, yet when I click the 'Preview' or 'Save' buttons I get a blank page, then a message about Auctiva having technical difficulties. I am going back and forth with service requests. Please help--please do something. Thank you for your assistance.
