Create / Edit Auto-Relist Profile

hi...

im new to auctiva and also ebay!!!

i listed a item listing onto ebay using auctiva and it sold but it relisted the same item again ...and i dont have the same item to sell again!

and i was wondering if i had my auto relist profile set up correctly?

how i would like for my auto relist to work is
if the item that im selling at the time dont sell i would like for itr to relist so that i recive ebays relist credit...

so can you tell me if i have my auto relist set up correctly please?

Hi kendrick1,

In order to configured your items to auto-relist only if they don't sell, you will want to select "None of the items have sold" in the "I Want to Auto-Relist if" section of your auto-relist profile. I would need to look at your account to see what happened in the situation you described.
