create new listing page does not load

I do not seem to be able to create a new listing. When I click on the listings tab and select new listing it goes to a page that says loading, but nothing loads. I have tried to do this a number of times but the same thing happens. I have an apple mac computer, does that make any difference? The url for the page stating that it is loading is http://www.auctiva.com/listings/createlisting.aspx.
Hope someone out there can help!

are you waiting long enough? it takes 18 seconds to load on my machine and I'm on a 512k high speed connection. (dialup is 56k max)

if that's not the case, what browser are you using?

For Mac, the only browser we support is Firefox, which can be downloaded for free at http://www.mozilla.com
