CREATE SIMILAR LISTING

Having finished a listing, when click on create similar item I am unable to do so and keep getting the message
An error has occurred during the processing of your request. Please try again or file a support case if this problem continues.

I have tried on both IE and Mozilla but to no avail on either. Any suggestions ??
