Created eBayMotorsProfile and can't find it in new listing

Hi.
Your Master Profile has everything all filled in, doesn't it? (Can't remember, and sorry but didn't go look.) If it fills in the site, then you can't change that once it's saved - which applies with the Master.

If you start a brand new one and apply the eBay Motors Profiles you made, that should do it. Then save that one and create similar next time maybe.

Hi Shadeaux. I can find my EBM master when I manage profiles and go to the eBay Motors area. But when I want to do a listing using the EBM master the listing widget does not see that profile. Listing does not have an eBay location window to choose a site from. So what can I do if the listing widget does not see it? As far as I can tell, the EBM master is filled in and correct. I am so confused. (Thanks for the reply. )

Hi. When I start a new listing, it fills in with the master I have set to default. It also has the option to change sites and put in a different master profile.

What about when you select from the middle - where the drop-down is - and you can choose which master profile you want to use there? Does that work?

If not, I'd file a support request, from the Help link at the top of any page. It shouldn't be grayed out so you can change sites. Maybe there's a glitch they can fix for you.

I'm sorry that's not much help. I don't know what else to tell you to try though.

Hi Shadeaux. I just got back from taking my 14 yr old G.Daughter Bday shopping. <so tired> After I read your note I went back and tried again. I had been choosing "new listing using saved Master Profile." Didn't work. But....when I just hit "new listing" without any parameters it took me to a form that gave me a site choice and THEN it could see my EBM Master. I guess I needed encouragement to push one more button! I knew I wanted a listing with a saved master so I HAD to push THAT button. HAD TO! (Grandot now oiling her joints with WD40 so she can push more buttons!) Thanks much.......Grandot
