Created seller details, now what?

In order to use seller details, you have to choose a template. If you're not using a template you can't have seller details because they're contained within.
So after you're pics are uploaded and you choose a template, there is a dropdown box on the right. I have a few different 'sets' of seller details with different names that will come up when I click the dropdown box, and I just choose the one I want.

I am very new at this do you mean the template for my store? Or do I have to chose another one. Not sure how to go about doing this.
Or should I do an about us? From my store.
This is a little overwhelming to me.

Uh-oh...I didn't know you had a store template...(I don't have a store so I don't know anything about them) If you use one of Auctiva's templates the above answer will work. If someone else doesn't come along with an answer, you can always file a support request under the help link at the top of the page. The Auctiva folks are GREAT, you get answers that actually help you (unlike Ebay )

Why don't you try a sample listing first and choose one of Auctiva's templates...see how it turns out.
