Please forgive such a newbie question, but does Auctiva have any plans to make customizing templates easier for non-HTML users? I like the idea of creating one or more custom templates, but so far it seems fairly daunting.

Thanks for posting your question here. The current custom template functionality we offered was designed mainly to allow users to store custom templates they have designed or bought within Auctiva and to allow sellers who have design experience to customize the templates already in our library, so it is certainly understandable that you may find this task daunting.
We do not have any current plans to expand our custom template functionality to make it easier for sellers who do not have HTML/design experience to customize our templates but we will treat your comments in this regard as a suggestion for future consideration.
