Creating similar from a BIN

I may have asked this question before - sorry in advance if I have. When creating a similar listing from a saved listing that is a Store item, it won't let me create an Auction listing as the BIN price slot will not accept 0.00 or nothing at all. That means I have to start over to create an Auction item. Is this a problem that will be corrected soon. Ebay allows 0.00 in that slot and a BIN price doesn't show up on the new listing. Thanks in advance.

Hi leahrlw,

I just tested this situation and when I changed the sale type from "store item" to "auction", the start price and reserve price are no longer greyed out so I can just enter my start price and leave the BIN blank.

Thanks Mike. It's the first time that has worked. It didn't grey out the aread for me, but it accepted nothing being put there this time. Thanks a lot for the response.

Mike, I tried it today and it doesn't work. I created a listing for Purpleheart Pen Blanks and it doesn't grey out the BIN area and won't accept me taking out the BIN amount. Says I still have an error. What is different today?
