Hi flesh,

Thanks for contributing to our forum. Any time you create a listing through Auctiva and then either post or save the listing, the details of the item should automatically be stored on your Saved Listings page. From there, you should be able to create similar listings from it using the “Create Similar” button next to the item, which is the upper most of the 3 buttons in the “Actions” column.

If you indeed originally posted this item through Auctiva and it is not on your Saved Listings page, I suspect that you must have saved over it or deleted it. If the item was simply deleted, please contact our Customer Support team directly using the “Help” tab within your account and we will look into the possibility of restoring it for you.

On the other hand, if the item in question was not created through Auctiva and has since closed, you should be able to create a saved listing (which you could then create similar from) for the item by checking the box next to it on your Closed Listings page and clicking the “Import Listings” button.

You could potentially use this “Import Listings” option if the item was originally created through Auctiva as well but, if that is the case, you will find that the template, images and description appear within the description editor once the saved listing version is created, which could lead to some difficulties when making your changes.

If you go that route, in order to ensure that you can edit the templates, images and description effectively, I recommend copying the text only from the Standard version of the description editor, deleting all the description content and then pasting that text back in. Once you have done so, you should be able to reselect the template and images using the normal method and the listing should come out looking fine.

I hope this helps.

-Mike
