Hi Sam999,

I'm sorry to hear about the trouble you are having, but I'm not aware of any technical problems on our end that would account for the behavior you have described and I have not seen any similar reports from other customers either. Therefore, there is most likely something on your end or something specific to your images that is contributing to this behavior.

Assuming you are using Internet Explorer now, I recommend conducting a test to verify whether this is browser specific for you by downloading the free Firefox browser from http://www.mozilla.com and then trying to crop your images when logged into Auctiva through that browser.

Once you have done this, I recommend sharing the results of that test with our customer support team and we'll see what we can do to help you out. You can reach our customer support team using the form on the following page of our site:

Hi & thanks for your reply.
Yes, I tried Firefox & it works.
Basic problem is Auctiva's image edit worked fine until the site locked down for conversion from free to pay for use.
Don't know what "key" was turned with that change, but it messed up the works re: image edit.
I open in Firefox to edit or load images.
Makes Auctiva much less user friendly since I am a IE7 user.
