Sorry if this has already been posted.

eBay US now requires all non-US sellers to accept the Terms and Conditions for Cross Border Trade on eBay. Not just as earlier only sellers registered in Hong Kong, Malaysia, Philippines and Singapore, but all non-US sellers.

Until one has accepted these Terms and Conditions for Cross Border Trade, listings will be rejected with the API error "You must accept the Terms and Conditions for Cross Border Trade on eBay before listing any additional items. Please visit <link>".

On the Auctiva listing page under marketing there is also the text "Sellers registered in Hong Kong, Malaysia, Philippines, and Singapore require a Recoupment Agreement by eBay found <link>.".

The <link> in the two texts above is no longer active. So until eBay (in the API error text) and Auctiva (in the text in the marketing section of the listing page) update the <link>, there is only one solution. One must list a single item directly on eBay, i.e. not through Auctiva or Turbolister. At the last stage in the listing process one is presented with the agreement text, which one can then read and accept. Once the listing is running on eBay one can then cancel the auction, and go back to Auctiva for listing.

Hopefully eBay and Auctiva will soon give us the correct link!

To add to my posting:

According to eBay:
You are attempting to list an item(s) on eBay's United States site, eBay.com (the "U.S. eBay site"), the terms of which are with eBay Inc. You are registered on a site the terms of which are with eBay International A.G. You must review and accept this Cross Border Trade Agreement (the "Agreement") before you will be allowed to list on the U.S. eBay site. This Agreement is between you and eBay Inc.

And quoting a Turbo Lister supporter on another forum, reacting to the same problem:
You will need to list one item directly through eBay.com to get around the problem. Once you have listed once directly on the site it will set your account up with this information and you can then come back to Turbo Lister to continue listings your items and should not receive this message again.

Precisely the same will of course apply to Auctiva.
