Hi Vintagefarms,

In order to specify the Package Size as “Package (or thick envelope)” in listings you will be uploading into Auctiva from a CSV file, you will want to enter “Package (or thick envelope)” in the column for Package Size, which will need to be called “ShippingPackage” if you are using the “Turbo Lister” option.

Regardless of whether you are selecting the “Turbo Listing” option on the Upload from File page within Auctiva or using the “Other” option and mapping the columns on your file to the appropriate fields on the lister page manually, the values entered for each field will need to be in the Turbo Lister format in order to be recognized from our system.

You can view many of the Turbo Lister column headers and values on our Accepted Turbo Lister Field Values page, which can be accessed by clicking the info button next to Step 3 on the Upload from File page or visiting the following link:

If you ever need to confirm which format must be used for a column or value that is not listed on that page, you can always find out by creating a test listing with that information through Turbo Lister, exporting it to your computer in File Exchange Format and then viewing the file.

If you need any further assistance with your account, please feel free to contact our Customer Support team by mousing over the “Help” tab on our site and selecting the “File Support Case” option.
