csv import didn't import images

I am a brand new user. I was able to import all of my Turbo Lister files from a .csv file. However, none of my images imported. It may be due to size since there are size limitations but I never got an error message.

Is there a way I can import all the pictures on my current ebay listings and on the .csv files I imported?

I need something simple !!*?! Anyone??

AuctivaSeller,

The Turbolister upload does not import the actual image files directly. Instead, the CSV file you create with Turbolister contains the URL's of the images, and the URL's are uploaded to Auctiva as part of the listing. When the listing is posted or displayed, the images will be pulled in from the locations identified in the URL.
