I have listings in eBays from a few different countries and the items are pulled into my Auctiva store. I noticed that the prices that the items are listed in at the store are not very accurate.

Apparently, the store just pulls the numbers from the listing and appends a $ sign to it. It seems to work ok with eBay UK but for other countries, it can be a bit misleading.

For example, I have a Nikon D40x listed on eBay Malaysia for MYR2,450. It is pulled into my Auctiva Store and listed as going for $2,450 instead .. which is quite horrible Big Grin

Something to look into?

Hi,
If you go to 'My Account' then 'Settings' then 'Account Settings', you'll see a drop-down box in the 2nd table that lets you choose your default Ebay listing site. There is no option for Malaysia, so Auctiva obviously doesn't support Ebay Malaysia sells. You should contact support, but it looks to me like you can only use Auctiva for US, UK, CA, and AU. Good luck!!
