Is there any way to link my current eBay auctions to the scrolling store window? I am just starting with Auctiva and would like to see all my listings show

If you authorized an eBay token with Auctiva the showcase will auto-insert within a couple of hours. When you use the templates for new auctions it will insert on top of listing. I prefer mine on the bottom. If you want it on bottom you will need to turn off showcase in the store tab, copy the code from there and paste it at the end of your description.
I authorized a token at 9AM today when I signed up. I have listed 4 auctions with Auctiva, the last about 3.5 hours ago. Ineither have show case in my other auctions, nor my other auctions in the showcase in the Auctiva listed auctions... Help?

I guess I mean to say "store window" not showcase
Yes it can if you have no bids. You will have to go in manually and move the code to where you want it.
OK, I still don't have the store window in my other auctions, Way past "a couple of hours"

I suggest opening a support ticket then. The techs can go into your account and see for themselves why it isn't working.
oh and doret it is actually 6-8 hrs not a "couple" in between updates.

It has been over 24 hours ... the above poster gave the "couple of hours" response, it had already been over 6 hours when I first posted.

ok doret I do see them and I use IE. I had to come edit my previous post since I did not realize I was looking through your new ones posted through ebay.

well, so far my other auctions are showing in the store window for the 5 I posted on Auctiva, but the store window _still _ has not been inserted in my other auctions <sigh>
