I have just signed up for auctiva and the store window says I have no items right now, this is not true. I have 5 auctions going, what do I do to change this?

Is the store window appearing in your running auctions and saying "no items for sale" or are you looking at the preview on our site?
Are these items you listed through our site or auctions you previously had listed on eBay?

I was talking about the ones that were currently running on ebay. when I went to those sites as a viewer. It was not showing the items. It stated working for a while and now it is totally gone. and I don't know how to import any of the new auctions I have going on ebay right now. And I'm not totally sure how to use auctiva's lister yet. I am just very confused right now.

it happens to me too.
I have the items imported, I see them in auctiva store, but not in the preview, and the showcase was only in some of my listings, not all. But in those who there was the showcase it had the writing I have no items for sale.
Now I have disabled it.
Moreover I tried to file a support request, but I get an error page:
Server Error in '/' Application.

Description: An application error occurred on the server. The current custom error settings for this application prevent the details of the application error from being viewed remotely (for security reasons). It could, however, be viewed by browsers running on the local server machine.
Details: To enable the details of this specific error message to be viewable on remote machines, please create a <customErrors> tag within a "web.config" configuration file located in the root directory of the current web application. This <customErrors> tag should then have its "mode" attribute set to "Off".
