Current Image Loading Problem

Hi Community,

We have recently received reports from several of our customers that Auctiva hosted images are loading slowly or not at all in their current eBay listings. Our engineering department is current investigating this issue and we will have it resolved as soon as possible.

We apologize for the inconvenience and appreciate everyone's patience with regard to this matter. I will post again to this thread when I have additional information on this issue to share.

Hi Community,

Update! Our IT department has reported that the current issue adverselly affecting the loading of some auction images will be resolved within approximately 10 minutes. I will post again to this thread if any further developments to this situation arise.

Well I hate to say this but my thumbnail images are still not showing, all seventeen of them in my store.
Although when I looked on e-bay some of my listings, the photo's are all over the place one listing I had 4 photo's showing.
In another listing I had a photo not even related to my listing.
What is going on with this site.
Please advise

I've never had a problem with Auctiva before, but now, no pictures will upload and I can't even change the template. I deleted all cookies (per Auctiva's suggestion). Is this just something I have to wait out?
