Hi All,
New here and I searched for some help with my question I am about to ask here and only saw one similar.
My question is this. I have set up a custom email to email my auction winners however when I go to Transactions and select "Email Buyer" the custom email I created is not listed. Therefore I have no clue on how to send this email to the buyer I have selected. So how does one send a custom email to their buyers if it does not show?
Is there a toggle for this or am I missing something here.
