So I saw a thread about people struggling with the custom item specifics, and I'm having some problems of my own still with listing in the music category. I sell LPs, and the item details thing had completely disappeared for me- and it took me a minute to figure out that ebay had changed the 'category number' for selling LPs. When I put in the new category number the item specifics came up again, but then within that there's still problems.
After I get to that screen, there's different 'genres' to choose from. However, if I choose a new 'genre' (say ROCK), the 'style' list below always stays in the 'classical music' mode. I know that all probably sounds confusing, but maybe to music sellers it makes sense!
Meaning, the "rock music" style options never come up! It doesn't show "styles" for any other types of music, only the "classical music" ones!
Frustrating, not sure what I'm doing wrong or if this is a glitch with Auctiva? Before you tell me to clear cache and etc etc, I have tried this on TWO computers and in THREE different browsers with the same results, so I don't think it's a problem with any of those.
I wanted to get some LPs listed today and this is keeping me from doing so. Hope I can figure it out!
