Hi- first. . are you going in and clearing OLD item specifics??? If not that is where the problem is. You HAVE to clear it. If you do not specifically clear it will not work.
If you have done that, then this could be problem. you can't add your own size in their set up spaces. It has to be the 6, 6P or whatever they have on there. IF you want to put 6-8 you have to add that boxes at top.. in lst one you could put SIZE and in one to right of it put in 6-8. However, you will need to delete it from the choices they give before adding your own. You can add Hand wash however, you will need to do with the add buttons at the top. As far as new with tags, if you put in N on mine their thing popped up for new with tags, you will have to use theirs, rather than write out.. unless you want to do as ADD on like above.
