Custom Item Specifics disappeared from saved listings

The Custom Item Specifics have disappeared from some of my saved listings. I go to enter item specifics and there's nothing there. So far this has happened to two listings and both are vintage costume jewelry. Anybody else have this problem? I know eBay was going to make some changes to item specifics in the vintage jewelry categories; is that why, or is something else going on?
