Hi, I'm trying to figure out how to most effectively use the Search Categories. Is there a tutorial on it somewhere? I realize the Link Text is our Auctiva store categories but the Keywords section is so small I can't figure out how to use it to it's best ability. Are the keywords from the titles used to sort my inventory into the categories? If so how does it work when I can only get 5 or 6 words in there? What happens to the items when none of the words in the title are in any of the Keyword sections? I look forward to learning about this so the spinning sensations in my head will stop. Hi rhed,

When a search category in your Auctiva store is selected, all of your listings that contain the specified keywords in their titles will be returned. If you would your search to only return items with titled containing ALL of the keywords you have chosen, select "All" as the search logic. If you would prefer the search to return listings that contain ANY of the specified keywords in thier titles, please specify "Any" as the search logic.

If one of your custom searches does not yield any results, a message stating that no items were returned for that search will be displayed.

I, too have been having problems with custom store searches. The original categories stayed the same after the store was first built. But I have added items in different categories and the store did not pick up the new categories. So I tried making custom searches, but none of my listing show up in the searches. I was only able to get 3 or 4 words in the keyword section, and even though I used some of the keywords from titles, they still do not show up. I have searched everywhere on the site and cannot find an answer. Please help!!!!!!!!!!!!
