To protect the functionality, the stores are not customizable. It looks like you are using one of our most basic designs - your store looks very clean and simple.
There are no plans at this moment to make store templates available to customize, though we have talked about some options. If something changes, we will post it here.

I have a feeling we'll be adding more features that let you customize things later this year. We have an update being worked on for late May or early June that is already filled up with features so the earliest it could be would be a few months after that.
Behind the scenes it would be possible for us to allow you to use your own store template similar to how you can completely customize your auction templates. We just need to program in what you'd need to access that.
If you have an example of what you'd like your store to look like let us know and it's also possible we could make a template in that style. We've been adding more store templates and are working a few more now too.
