Custom Template HTML

Hi! I just switched over from SD. I have been trying to set up my custom templates, so they are similar to what I had before, but for some reason, I cannot get it.

I would love to have a HTML template that I can just plug my background & welcome pictures into. Preferably with a double border, place for logo/ welcome, room for about 8 pictures that will enlarge within the template, of course a description and shipping area and an email picture.

I know I am asking a lot. I just keep trying, but the system does not like me. THANK YOU!

Hi Tom! Thank you so much. Sorry I didn't get back to this earlier... Life gets hecktic sometimes. I hope I did like you wanted. I copied the source from an ongoing auction in SD. Pictures, text and all. Here is the link to the practice board!
