I'm sorry to hear that you had a difficult time contacting our Customer Support team recently. I was able to confirm that you filed 3 support cases over the last few days, but our records indicate that you closed the first two cases before a representative was able to get back to you.

It appears that the representative who replied to the third case you filed was able to assist you with the issue you were encountering and you are welcome to follow up with us through that case if you are in need of any additional assistance.

For future reference, you can check the status of any support cases you have filed by mousing over the “Help” tab within your account and selecting the “File Support Case” option.

I also see that you have chosen to upgrade to our Elite Plan, so you should be able to contact us via live chat or phone between 9 AM and 6 PM PT, Sunday through Friday by mousing over the “Help” tab and choosing the “Live Chat & Phone Support” option.
