how do i remove an item from my store that was removed from ebay???????

If the phone support icon is displayed within your Auctiva account, you can reach one of our customer support representatives via phone between the hours of 9 AM and 6 PM PT, Sunday through Friday.
To remove an item from your Auctiva store that was removed by eBay, you can make that item hidden in your Auctiva store by clicking the "Store Items" link under the "Store" tab within your account. Any items that are made hidden will no longer be displayed in your Auctiva store, nor will they be displayed in your store window the next time it refreshes, which it does about every 4 hours.
To have these items removed from your active listings page, please contact our support department by filing a help request using the appropriate link on our help page: http://www.auctiva.com/free_auction_software_help/help.aspx
