I have wasted so much time, trying to learn this site. Time is money. I totally agree that there should be telephone support. Sometimes things make more sense when you can hear it out loud. If I gave my customers the kind of support that i get here, I would be out of business. Yesterday I got a phone call from ebay reminding me of the half off listing fees. I was so impressed and thankful for that little phone call! I wish you all luck.
