Customers ignoring my e-mails.....

Some of my customers are ignoring my e-mails because the "From" in their mailbox says "seller_auto" and not my e-bay username. Can I get my e-mails showing my username in the "From" column?

Hi Brian,

I'm sorry to hear that some of your customers are ignoring the emails sent by our service. We do not currently offer a feature that would allow the Auctiva generated sales emails to show your eBay username (instead of seller-auto@auctiva.com) in the “From” field, but we will consider this idea when planning future updates to our site.
