My customers are complaining that they are unable to pay through PayPal as they have always done. They get error message 1002. Also, I am unable to post my new listings to eBay even though when I try to post, I get the confirmation box that says my ads have been posted to eBay. I need advice on how to correct these two very serious problems which basically have disable my eBay business.

When you log into your Auctiva account, in the upper right side there is a box that says "Events". There should be numbers with 3 colors, green, orange and red. If there are any red numbers, that indicated postings with errors. Click on the red number and see what the errors are.
You might want to open a support case with Auctiva Support also. You will get the quickest help that way.
