I know the packing slip issue has been brought up before. But I still haven't seen anyone address the issue of invoice vs. packing slip. Invoices show charges due. Packing slips do not. If they show anything more than just the quantity and description then they show the amounts charged, the payments and the balance which typically is $0 at the time of shipping. Ebay and paypal's "packing slips" are not packing slips. They are invoices. And they do not show that the invoice is paid.

It would be AWESOME to be able to print a correct packing slip from Auctiva since neither ebay or paypal can get their act together on it.

The PayPal packing slip says "This is not a bill" under the total. You can also edit the "Note" section which says "Thanks for paying for your purchase with PayPal the #1 online payment service" you can add your own personal message. This packing slip is great when you accept returns. All needed info is right there for both seller and buyer.I keep a copy for myself and send one to the customer.Having had a computer crash in the past, it also helps to have a paper copy of sales.
