Cut and paste description from word...

I usually type up my descriptions in word and then cut and paste to Auctiva. However, for some reason I am getting formatting characters ie

" "

So I have to go back into my listing and edit it.

I thought maybe it was because of the formatting in Word so now when I type up my descriptions I don't do any formatting and do it inside Auctiva, but I am still having these characters show up.

Anyone have any ideas on how to fix??

Are you using the paste from Word button in our HTML editor?

No, I was using the control v function. But I'll try the button and see if that helps. Thank you.
