Same thing here in the U.S.... twice in one week now. I'm afraid having the No Items Available message hurts my sales and/or confuses my customers.
I must agree...this is my second week with Auctiva and even though the service is wonderful...this being down and not being able to do anything in the middle of my day makes for very long nights...

We've just had the CEO of Auctiva contribute to another thread - something about thread titles in capitals.. maybe this is the problem

I'm convinced it was those captials... the site is back!!!
It WAS back - for about 5 minutes - but it's DOWN AGAIN NOW.
