We are unaware of any issues with the default template being added to listings if the option is enabled in your account preferences, so it sounds like it would be best if one of our agents took a look in your account.

Please feel free to file a support case which describes the difficulty as well as what you have tried and please include a few sample listings where you have encountered the difficulty so we can look into it for you.
