Delay in getting emails/best offers from eBay

It seems that there is a problem with eBay and messaging. There is a huge delay in getting best offers and some emails from members.

It took a day for 2 best offers to show up in my inbox. I think if I had not been checking my store summary I would not have seen them and they could have expired. I did call eBay and they did not think it was a problem.

Is it me or are others seeing the same problems?

I'm having the same problem. Sometimes a message takes 4 days to show in my eBay messages and don't always go to my regular email.
