I listed some items yesterday and they finally appeared this morning. I've been reading alot of posts regarding this issue but my question would be:

If I posted my listings yesterday for a 5 day listing and they became active this morning, did I lose a day?

My first listing was posted at about 6:00 p.m. and it still wasn't there at midnight. But it was this morning when I got up to go to work which was at about 6:00 a.m.

I suppose my concern would be losing a day and not getting the watchers or bidders that could've been.

Thank you!

Hi - You did lose the prime exposure time of early Sunday night unfortunately. However your listing will end 5 days from when you posted (6pm) not from when it showed up in Search. Ebay has improved lately, with most listings showing up almost immediately, but others are still being delayed 6 hours or so. It (usually) depends on the item and whether or not it is subject to fraud checking (items commonly counterfeited for example)
