Hi Waynobobber,
Thanks for posting your question here. While we do offer a variety of tools to help sellers delete images they are no longer using, almost all of those tools rely on our system's ability to correctly recognize whether the images hosted in your account are being used in active listings.
Since you are seeing images that are in active listings when you enable the “Exclude images in active listings” filter on your Image Management page, I suspect our system may not be able to track the associations between your images and your active listings accurately.
The most common reason our system may not recognize that an image being used in an active listing is indeed in an active listing is if the listing was relisted directly through the eBay website after initially being posted through Auctiva, which is expected behavior at this point in time.
However, if you see images on your Image Management page that incorrectly state that are not being used in active listings when the listings were not relists done directly through eBay, please contact our customer support team from under the “Help” tab in your account and we will look into that further.
If you have an idea which of your saved listings you are no longer running, you could potentially deleted those saved listings in bulk from the new Saved Listings page in your account using the process I described here:
https://community.auctiva.com/e...38609941/m/236108461On the other hand, if you feel that you no longer need your oldest images, you can set your Image Management page to display the oldest ones first by clicking the “Upload Date” link just above your list of images twice and that should help you focus on those ones.
I'm not quite sure which approach will make the most sense for you, but I hope this information gives you a better idea how to proceed from here. Of course, it will be a lot easier to tell which images you no longer need if the listing/image associations in our system have not been broken by relisting directly through eBay.
