I have an active auction that has an image that doesn't belong with that auction ~ how do I delete one out of 8 images? Thanks.

Also, I actually have an image that should REPLACE the incorrect one ~ can I add a photo through Auctiva on an active auction? Thanks.
It's me again...I thought I had figured it out, but should have known better. I went to active auctions and marked it to "edit". That took me to eBay. I removed all images at the ebay site. Then went back to the active auction in Auctiva and added back the correct pictures. Now my Gallery picture is gone from the auction. The old pictures still show in the auction below, however (hoping this is just a delay in processing through the system).

If I remember right You have to go to your saved listing correct the pictures & save. Then turn it to html copy that and got to ebay and delete the html and past the new one.

If you've removed the image in eBay, you'll need to add a new one in your eBay listing, this time specifying the new image's address that's in Auctiva - it's listed as "URL" in your list of images on Auctiva.
For future reference: If you have a live listing in eBay with an image hosted on Auctiva, the easiest way to change it is to use the Replace facility. Your eBay listing has a pointer to the image on Auctiva's server. By replacing the image, you overwrite the old image with the new. The pointer stays the same so the new image appears straight away in the listing.
Hover over the "Images" menu option and choose "Manage". Select the image by clicking the tickbox next to it. Click on the blue "Replace" button at the top of the list. An "Upload and Replace Images" option appears. Use the "Browse" button to select the new image and click on "Upload".
