DELETING OLD LISTINGS/EBAY DELETION

Recently I had some of my store listings pulled by eBay for "spamming" issues they felt I had done.

I still have those listings showing up on my active listing section, even though they are not actually active. eBay implemented some message when they deleted the listings and Auctiva doesn't seem to recognize these listings as being cancelled out by eBay. Therefore these, keep cycling over and over in Auctiva Active Listings section.
Anyone know what I should do to make these go away.

Hi, file a support request with Auctiva giving the eBay listing numbers.
