Hi Nancy Malone,

Thanks for posting about your experience here. We have noticed that the "Image Autodelete" option has not been working as expected for some users and we are hoping to be able to address that issue with a future update of our site.

If you would like us to confirm whether you are being impacted by that issue, I recommend contacting our customer support team by mousing over the "Help" tab within your account and selecting the "File Support Case" option.

If we are able to confirm that you are being impacted by that issue, we will be able to update you on the issue through your support case when the issue has been addressed or we can get an estimate of when that will happen.

For the time being, you should be able to delete any images you no longer need from your Image Management page, which you can access by mousing over the "Images" tab within your account and selecting the "Manage" option.

From there, you can delete up to 250 images at a time using the "Delete" button or you can use the "Image Deletion Wizard" to delete images that are not being used in active listings or saved listings in bulk.
