Buffalo Girl,
I don't know for sure if you can add your image to your listing but my understanding is you can.
Try this first:
1. Go to Ebay and click on Revise Your Item. Go to Add Photos. If it asks for the URL of the image...go to Auctiva>Images>Manage & Edit Images. Highlight & copy the URL address of your image. Go back to ebay and paste the URL address in the box provided. If that fails...see the next step below.
2. You will have to do it from Ebay and not Auctiva. If you go to your item on Ebay and click on "Revise Your Item" it will open the page.
Scroll down to 'Add Photos'. You will see the Browse Button which will go to your images. It looks like you will have to upload the image from where you have it stored on your computer rather than where it's store on Auctiva.
From what I am reading you should be able to add an image even if you have a bid. It's worth a try.
EBay: (for #2.)
To add photos to your listing:
In the Add photos section of the listing form, click the Add/Edit photos button.
Click the Select photos from a file browser button and find the photos you want to add to your listing. To select several files, hold down the Ctrl key (Windows) or the Command key (Mac) while you select the files you want to open.
You can crop, rotate, and adjust the brightness and contrast of the photo shown in the preview window by clicking the button with the appropriate icon. Then click the Apply button.
If you'd like, select optional photo upgrades. (These options may be pre-selected for you if they're free for your listing). When you're ready to upload the photos you've added and edited, click the Upload button.
