Hello there! I am helping a friend get set up. I have all of her pictures loaded, her description built and we are essentially ready, except one problem. Everything looks great until I click preview and then the description section is blank. For the life of me I can't figure it out! On my own listings there is no problem but I can't get it on hers. Suggestions ? I am really frustrated!

Hi,
Make sure your Description field is set to Standard. If your internet is slow it sometimes takes a couple of minutes for the description and editing bar to show up. I also have this problem. Don't know if this is your problem, but thought I would share.
