Description constantly disappearing--extremely frustrating!

I finally find time to start listing today. Got pics all uploaded, then go to do my FIRST listing, and no matter which browser I use, I get an error message! Even logged out and back in, and cleared cache/cookies, etc. I wrote C/S OVER A WEEK AGO (STILL NO REPLY), BECAUSE EVERYTIME I GO TO CLEAR OUT MY NOTIFICATIONS I GET THE SAME ERROR. I USUALLY HAVE NO NOTIFICATIONS BECAUSE I CLEAR THEM DAILY BUT FOR 10 DAYS NOW I CAN'T EVEN CLEAR THOSE W/O AN ERROR MESSAGE. I HAVE TWO MORE HOURS OF TIME TO LIST TODAY - BET I WON'T GET ONE LISTING DONE. Thanks yet again, Auctiva!!!! Grrrrrrrrrr!!

I am having this SAME darned ISSUE YET ONCE AGAIN! WHAT IN THE HECK IS GOING ON AND WHEN IS IT GOING TO GET FIXED??!!!!! Auctiva's doing nothing but WASTE my time lately! Yesterday, I was able to list just fine. Today, NONE of my create from similar listings--none are working, go to create new, and then boom, the description doesn't save!!!!! HELP AUCTIVA! THIS IS INSANE! I've cleared my darned cache i don't know how many times now, logged out, rebooted, changed browsers, NOTHING is working--HELP!

lmrntx, I see that back on 4/15 you filed a support case on what appears to be basically this same issue. At that time, support advised you that the problem appeared to be on your local computer and suggested that you clear your recent history, browser cache, and cookies. After that, you replied that the solution our support rep proposed had solved your problem.

I see you haven't filed a support case yet for the difficulty you are having today. I would suggest you repeat the actions that were made to you back on April 15, and see if they work again. If that doesn't work this time, by all means, please do file another support case and someone will be glad to help you.
