Description ends up below my boilerplate

I have listed on eBay using Auctiva for 3 years. In last 6 months or so, the description of each unique item, which I copy and paste from a word file, ends up underneath the boilerplate which I really want on each listing at the bottom. How do I make this happen properly in future?

Can you give a link to a example listing?

You should never (so I am told) copy from word, I always copy to notepad and then to Auc.. To much junk comes over from Word.

I have editied the upside down listings once they hit ebay using the ebay editor, so I have none to show you. Thanks for your input though. I'll try that technique.
