DESCRIPTION GLITCH - URGENT PROBLEM

I'm trying to set up new listings for tonight and can't revise the description portion from my template profiles. When I type new information for new listings it won't save and shows the old information. Is anyone else having this problem?

Isn't anyone else having this problem?
When I used a saved profile and attempt to change the description for a new listing the Auctiva system does not save the change. Only the old profile description shows.
This is urgent - I have listings to prepare for tonight and can't do it. Please help.
