Descsriptions missing from scheduled listings

I see that the support case you filed was resolved later that day, and that you indicated your problem had been resolved. Looks like when all was said and done, it was a pesky pop-up blocker that was the issue. I hope you were pleased with the service you received.

We hope that people reading this thread will, if they experience difficulty with our site, not hesitate to file a support case, as our people are on duty at all times and they are ready and able to help those in need.

Whilst I was very pleased with the level of service I received from Auctiva's Support staff I think I must just correct an error in the Tony's posting.

The initial problem of the description field not showing in my listings was NOT due to a pop-up blocker but due to an Auctiva glitch as reported to me by the person dealing with the problem.

The pop-up blocker was responsible for hindering the proposed solution but Not for the original problem.

I wanted to clarify this as I wouldn't want anyone suffering the same original problem to think a pop-up blocker the cause, waste time trying to address that and not seek help from Auctiva.

As I said I was very happy with the help I received and would always file a support case in the event of any future problems.

This his not an isolated incident, I have had many of my listings posted to ebay without descriptions on them, unfortunately when you are posting 75+ listings per day it is impossible to check every one of them is ok, it is only when somebody sends a message that I know there is a problem
