Hi cmeileen,
Thanks for contributing to our forum. It is not possible to apply an Auctiva Auto Relist Profiles to listings that are already active, so you would need to repost your items through Auctiva once they come to a close in order to set them up to be automatically relisted by Auctiva based on the conditions set forth in your Auto Relist Profile.
Once the listings in question come to a close, you could potentially move them over to your Saved Listings page by checking the boxes next to them on your Auctiva Closed Listings page and clicking the blue "Import Listings" button.
After that, you could then apply your Auto Relist Profile to the new saved listings in bulk by checking the boxes next to the desired items on your Saved Listings page, clicking the blue "Find and Replace" button, selecting "Auto-Relist Profile" from the "Select Field to Update" drop down menu and then proceeding as directed.
At that point, you could then post the items (complete with the newly added Auto Relist Profiles) to eBay from your Saved Listings page by checking the boxes next to them and clicking either the "Post" or "Schedule" buttons.
It is also possible to set up your items to be automatically relisted as long as you have a certain number left in stock, but doing so requires the use of our Inventory option as well. In order to learn more about our Inventory option, I recommend checking out the following turorials on our site:
Setting up Inventory:
http://www.auctiva.com/help/tu...nventory-setup&faq=1Adding Items to Inventory:
http://www.auctiva.com/help/tu...nventory-items&faq=1If you decide to use our Inventory feature to track how many of each product you have in stock and you would like to set up an Auto Relist Profile that would automatically relist those products as long as you have a certain stock level, you could accomplish that by selecting "Don't Auto-Relist based on items sold" and "At least ___ items are available in Inventory" in the "I Want to Auto-Relist If" section of your Auto Relist profile.
I hope this helps. If you need any further assistance with your account, please feel free to contact our customer support team by mousing over the "Help" tab within your account and selecting the "File Support Case" option.
