Details not showing on listing

Hi, I have just listed an item on ebay and the shipping and payment items did not show inside the template area. What have I done wrong please. On the listing I selected the terms and pressed upload. It has come up Ok under the template but not inside it.

The shipping calculator, etc does not show up in the template. Only underneath. The area in the template that says shipping details is for writing what days you ship, what requirements, etc.

Hi jean2579,

Are you referring to the shipping and payment details you entered into a seller details profile? If so, to make your seller details information display within the template, you must select the appropriate seller details profile from the "Select Seller Details" pull-down menu on the lister page, which is located directly to the right of the "Select Template" button.
